How delivery to Ireland works
We pack and post every order from London. Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Because your order is sent from the UK, it is imported into Ireland. Irish import VAT or customs charges may apply, and these are set by the Irish authorities and collected by the delivery company. Read our shipping and delivery page for full details.

Healthy habits, Irish guidelines
Food + Movement + LipNutrix, the Irish way
Ireland’s physical activity guidelines recommend that adults do at least 30 minutes of moderate activity on 5 days a week, or 150 minutes in total, and the Healthy Food Pyramid recommends 5 to 7 servings of vegetables, salad and fruit a day. Our free 12-week plan builds these habits step by step, and LipNutrix is one small part of the routine.
