Chlorella
Chlorella vulgaris, a freshwater green algae that naturally contains chlorophyll.
Psyllium husk
Plantago ovata husk, a traditional source of soluble fibre. LipNutrix contains a small amount: 250 mcg per 1 g.
Spirulina
Arthrospira platensis, a blue-green algae traditionally eaten as a food.
Turmeric
Curcuma longa root, used in cooking and traditional wellness for centuries, with natural curcuminoids.
Chitosan
A natural fibre derived from crustacean shells. Not suitable if you have a shellfish allergy.
Amounts per 1 g (2 capsules), as printed on the label. Also contains: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, talc. Capsule: gelatin, water, colourings. Allergen: contains crustacean derivatives.
Capsule 1
Take your first capsule in the morning with a glass of water.
Move
Fit in a brisk walk or a workout. Every minute counts towards your 150.
Capsule 2
Take your second capsule at around 4pm with a glass of water.
Hydrate
Aim for 6 to 8 glasses of fluid a day, as the NHS recommends.
Don't take both capsules at the same time. Do not exceed 2 capsules a day.
