How long does delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 working days, and orders to Ireland and the EU in 5 to 10 working days. Delivery is free and every order is tracked. See our delivery page.
Where is my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or send us your order number using the form above.
How do I return a product?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. Email [email protected] with your order number before sending anything back and we’ll explain the next steps. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and return unopened products in their original packaging within a further 14 days. Faulty or incorrect items are always covered. How do I take LipNutrix?
Take 2 capsules a day, but not at the same time: 1 in the morning and 1 at around 4pm, each with a glass of water. Read more on our LipNutrix page.
Can you give me medical advice?
