Hi, I’m Mari the founder of TopNew Wellness UK. First and foremost, I’m a mum of three.

After having my children, life became busier than ever. Like many mums, I found myself putting everyone else’s needs before my own. Between sleepless nights, busy days, and caring for my family, I often struggled to prioritise my nutrition and overall wellbeing.
