LipNutrix is a stimulant-free daily food supplement sold by TopNew Wellness in the UK. People often ask us exactly what’s in it, how to take it and whether it’s right for them. Here are straight answers.
What’s in LipNutrix?
These are the amounts printed on the label, per 1 g (2 capsules):
- Chlorella (Chlorella vulgaris): 270 mg
- Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis): 200 mg
- Turmeric (Curcuma longa): 200 mg
- Chitosan: 100 mg
- Psyllium (Plantago ovata): 250 mcg
It also contains silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and talc, in a capsule made from gelatin, water and colourings. There’s no caffeine and no synthetic stimulants.
How do I take it?
Take 2 capsules a day, but not at the same time: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at around 4pm, each with a glass of water. Don’t take more than 2 capsules a day.
Who is LipNutrix for?
LipNutrix is for adults who want a simple daily habit to sit alongside a balanced diet and regular exercise, and who would rather not use weight-loss medication or stimulant products. It isn’t a shortcut. The real work is done by what you eat, how much you move and how well you sleep, which is why we pair it with a free 12-week food and movement plan.
Who shouldn’t take it?
- Anyone under 18
- Anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding
- Anyone with a shellfish or crustacean allergy (it contains chitosan)
- Vegans and vegetarians (gelatin capsule)
- Anyone taking medication or with a medical condition, unless their GP or pharmacist agrees
How much does it cost?
LipNutrix comes in 30, 60 and 90-capsule packs, with free tracked delivery to the UK, Ireland, Europe and the USA. At 2 capsules a day, that’s 15, 30 or 45 days. See packs and prices.
